Keep in contact throughout the week for ongoing support. Stay accountable for your goals, ask questions as they come up and know that you're not alone.

How does it work?

Coaching is delivered via the 'Move with Marisa' app; live, weekly video check-ins; and messages throughout the week (where requested/needed).
 

You will utilise the app to access and log your bespoke fitness, nutrition and mindset programmes. All of this will be reviewed at our live, weekly video check-ins. Further accountability and support is offered via the message function, between each check-in.
